As a fashion company, we are aware of the impact that business’ activities and operations in the textile industry have on the environment and the people in the world around us. For this reason, it is our responsibility to reflect on our own activities and to set up goals to improve the negative side effects of our actions. We want to be transparent and honest about our efforts to all customers and other stakeholders. Through our sustainability mission, we have taken the first steps into the right direction. We strive to take bigger and more steps in the future.

"To create a positive world, we take our responsibility on sustainable development. Therefore, we want to achieve meaningful steps of improvement in our supply chain for those who experience negative consequences.’’

We aim to create more awareness on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) deeper down the supply chain. For this reason, our CSR policy is communicated through a Code of Conduct with our suppliers. This is an Agreement on labor rights and working environment.

Through face-to-face meetings with our suppliers, we can discuss the renewed Code of Conduct. We can explain all details and are able to discuss and improve the difficulties they will face with certain topics.

The Code of Conduct involves certain important regulations, such as:

  • Every employee is treated with humanity and respect
  • Secure, fair and ethical working environment in the factories we work with
  • Each person, source or agency needs to sign and agree with the Code of Conduct.

Our goal is to establish long-term relations with our suppliers. Since all suppliers are in high risk countries, they have had a social compliance audit. We are member of amfori. The Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) is an initiative of the amfori. BSCI encourages us to implement a Due Diligence process and influence social changes in our supply chain, including the involvement of workers and cascading the principles further along the supply chain. The cascade effect, workers involvement and fair wage among other subjects are checked during an audit. Audits constitute just one tool, but an important one, in the implementation of BSCI our due diligence. As a BSCI member we have also access to the BSCI database, dashboards and the amfori academy.

Since 2018, the ZERO collection is completely made from organic cotton. Organic cotton is a natural, GMO-free fiber that uses less water than standard cotton.

  • Its production does not involve the use of chemicals (no fertilizers or pesticides) and encourages rotation of crops to keep soil healthier, more fertile and maintain humidity.
  • Waste from the cotton ginning process is also recycled for the animal feed industry.

We have decided to mainly focus on GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). This is one of the strictest certifications in the textile business, which guarantees that production takes place in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner

We have reached our goal of using 29,4% more sustainable materials. In the future, the goal is to ensure compliance throughout the whole chain of production.

Animal welfare is one of our highest priorities. Therefore, we do not use any animal derived materials
